IBM Promotes Power Systems Special Offers

If you haven’t bookmarked one of IBM’s new pages, you might want to keep it on your radar: Special Offers - Power Systems

IBM has created an area of its site where it does a friendly job of highlighting its special offers and promotions, and this is the key: friendly. IBM’s announcement letters and Business Partner communications were all accurate and specific, but you really had to pay attention to figure out what was available and the basics for how it all worked.

Of course, these aren’t coupons that you scan with a smart phone and take to checkout stand -- we’re still talking enterprise class deals here, and you’ll usually end up in some sort of consultative sale or upgrade situation.

The offers include everything for newbie customers running from HP or Oracle to IBM i customers who can save up to 40 percent on IBM i User licenses . . . or even get IBM i OS at no charge.

Worth a look . . . and then set up a reminder in your email and calendaring system to ping you every quarter for another peek.
